It is always our aim to put people and the planet before profit. We consider how our decisions and actions potentially impact the environment, our local community, customers and employees. We are of course in business and have business objectives to meet, but we still need to be mindful of our actions and their potential consequences. -

We launched the 5% Challenge where we give 5% of our profits to local charitable causes and are challenging others to do the same. In addition, we support ecologi and through 1% for the Planet, the Bedfordshire Great Ouse Valley Environmental Trust (BedsGOVET) and Sustainable Amersham. -
🤝 Business with Heart
Our employees have the opportunity to share in ownership of business. We believe this not only helps them to be more engaged, but importantly allows them benefit from and take pride in its success. There is also private healthcare and a company bonus scheme. We also have regular social activities so we can enjoy spending time together away from the work environment.
