Our swift and prompt Test and Repair services have helped us gain the trust of our customers. No matter how major or minor the issue, we can make sure we find solutions to keep your production running. We offer SAME DAY Testing so you can promptly find out the status of your ELAU PacDrive equipment meaning speedier return. Our process has been designed to make sure we repair your item to the highest quality, in the fastest time and at the lowest cost. In addition to our internal repair process, we also work with ELAU Schneider Electric Germany to get your equipment repaired to the highest standard. We can also offer LOAN items to ensure that your machines keep running whilst your equipment is being repaired.

Our pricing

We follow a standard and transparent pricing system for our Test and Repair services, starting from as little as £125.

Turnaround time

We offer a quick turnaround time for repairs and exchanges of our products to avoid downtime and we can also offer LOANS to make sure there is minimal impact on your production line.

Warranty

Our repairs have a service warranty of up to 2 years. We specialise in keeping obsolete equipment running well beyond its normal service life by using original manufacturers’ parts wherever possible.

Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM)

There is no comparison to the quality of original parts in equipment and even though there are other third-party repair centres for PacDrive systems, no one has the detailed knowledge we do. Our priority is always to use original parts where we can and work very closely with the OEM to ensure the longevity of your equipment.

How our repair process works

STEP 1

Test. Test. Test.

The first stage of our process is to TEST the item in house to ensure there is actually a fault, as on many occasions we have found equipment to be fully functioning and the perceived failure to be the result of another issue.

STEP 2

Process faulty items ASAP.

Faulty items are immediately processed to ensure the fastest turnaround possible. We work with Schneider Electric Germany when needed and use original parts where possible. Should you wish to have a LOAN replacement whilst your item is being repaired, then this can be arranged depending on availability. 

STEP 3

Training.

Following the return of your item, we can advise you on what was done and additional steps that can help manage your future risks, but we believe that prevention is better than cure. To help with this we offer a variety of training options to improve your PacDrive knowledge so you are better prepared to tackle unplanned downtime.
