Our Machine Analyser™ is like having an engineer on site 24/7. Keeping a constant eye on the diagnostics to highlight past, current and potential issues. No one can predict the future, but Machine Analyser™ uses the DATA from the PLC to help minimise your downtime.
So how does it work? It is a simple 3 step READ-ONLY, non-intrusive process. See below.
Step 1: DATA collection
Data is collected from your PLC using a READ-ONLY process daily – or hourly if required – and stored locally or in the cloud.
There is no impact on your machines as it’s a non-intrusive process obtaining only relevant diagnostics data. Our aim is to provide a flexible IT compliant solution.
Step 2: INSIGHT generation
The data is then analysed by the Machine Analyser™ to produce insights for both us and yourselves, on an hourly or daily basis.
The INSIGHT from the data can provide transparency on the status of your motors, drives and controllers on a machine, line or across the entire site, allowing you to be proactive rather than reactive.
Step 3: Take ACTION
Depending on the analysis we will work with you to take the best course of action, whether it’s reacting to a breakdown or taking preventative measures to avoid and minimise failures in your ELAU PacDrive equipment.
Automated email alerts based on your business needs and rules will ensure you have immediate transparency on your machine, line or site. We have one single aim: minimising downtime.
